Carol Kent is a popular international public speaker best known for being dynamic, humorous, encouraging, and biblical. She is a former radio show co-host and has often been a guest on Focus on the Family and a featured speaker at Time Out for Women and Heritage Keepers arena events; she has also spoken at The Praise Gathering for Believers and at Vision New England’s Congress. She is also a frequent speaker at Women of Virtue events across the country.

Carol has spoken internationally in Germany, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Guatemala, Mexico, and Canada. She regularly appears on a wide variety of nationally syndicated radio and television

broadcasts. Past appearances have included Dateline NBC, At Home Live with Chuck & Jenni, Focus on the Family, On Main Street, LIFE Today with James Robison, Prime Time America, Midday Connection, Family Life Today, and 100 Huntley Street. Carol has also been a keynote speaker for the televised and nationally syndicated women’s conference sponsored by Church Communications Network.

She is the president of Speak Up Speaker Services, a Christian speakers bureau, and the founder and director of Speak Up With Confidence seminars, a ministry committed to helping Christians develop their communication skills. She has recently founded the nonprofit organization, Speak Up for Hope, which will benefit the families of incarcerated individuals. The goal of the organization is to give hope to the hopeless, encouragement and strength to the weary, healing to marriages that have been torn apart by incarceration, and mental, spiritual, and physical stability to the children of prisoners. A member of the National Speakers Association, Carol is often scheduled more than a year in advance for keynote addresses at conferences and retreats throughout the United States and abroad.
