Instructor: Nancy Josaphat will step you through some heart

healthy "Hip Hop" moves that will tone you up and give you

energy to spare!

Materials to bring: Bible, notebook and a towel!

Going DEEPER & CLIMBING Higher

Each week we will take one biblical truth and go deep into God's Word.

We will soar high when we apply God's truth and see His word come

to pass in our life.  This session is for women of all faith levels and is

sure to be change in our lives.
